TENDER Steak & Seafood at Luxor Hotel and Casino will commemorate the ultimate day of love with a special prix-fixe menu and wine pairing on Thursday, Feb. 14.
Lovebirds can revel in the restaurant’s romantic setting while enjoying a succulent menu, crafted by Executive Chef K.C. Fazel. Priced at $75 per person with optional wine pairings for an additional $30, the holiday menu begins with Lobster Ravioli and Artichoke Crab Ragout served with cognac lobster sauce and truffle caviar paired with Maso Canali pinot grigio. The second course is a crisp garden greens salad with Persian cucumber, fennel and radish with black currant vinaigrette.
The entrée course features two romantic options: Black Angus beef tenderloin medallion with roasted asparagus, turnips, baby beets, sweet potatoes and fingerling potatoes with creamed morel sauce complemented by Louis M. Martini cabernet sauvignon; or Canadian Skuna Bay salmon with organic faro pilaf, Mediterranean succotash and sundried tomato pimento sauce paired with Yangarra Estate shiraz.
Sweethearts can end the meal with the decadent Tender Dessert Tasting Trio, complete with Grand Marnier Crème Brulee, Cherries Jubilee Red Velvet Shortcake and Chocolate Sorbet served with Lamarca prosecco.
The elegant restaurant features warm cherry wood walls and soft mood lighting for an upscale dining experience. Highlighted by leather seating and antler-crusted chandeliers, the interior offers guests a luxurious ambiance combined with a classic intimate vibe.
