After the success of Chef Megan Romano’s first pop-up dinner in June, Dray Gardner will join her in the kitchen for yet another delectable evening featuring a specially crafted, family-style meal accompanied by live music.
Appetizer selections from the three-course menu include Fried Green Tomatoes, Roasted Cauliflower with Kalamanta Vinaigrette, Garlic Brioche Monkey Bread and Buttered Summer White Corn. Entrees such as Grilled Kalbi Beef Ribs with Scallions & Orange, Lemon Herb Marinated Chicken and Vegetable Skewers and New England Steamed Clams in Bouillabaisse with Garlic Toast & Rouille will center the experience as sweet selections including Tequila Avocado & Strawberry Sorbet Push-Pops, Warm Chocolate Chip & Toffee Cookie S’mores, Mini Molten Chocolate Cake with liquid peanut butter and Strawberry Shortcake will wrap up the evening.
