Tacos & Tequila (T&T) at Luxor Hotel and Casino will celebrate Independence Day on Thursday, July 4, with the Americano combo and 100-ounce Flagpole Daiquiri.
The Americano combo includes a choice of the Matador Burger or Sonoran Hot Dog, served with Chorizo Cheese Fries and a domestic beer, priced at $15 per person. Created by Corporate Executive Chef Saul Ortiz, the Matador Burger is made with caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, guacamole, a three-cheese blend of Gouda, Jack and Oaxaca, spicy Thousand Island dressing, lettuce and tomatoes and served on a freshly baked Bolillo roll.
The Sonoran Hot Dog is wrapped with smoked bacon and is topped with jalapeño aioli, whole pinto beans, caramelized onions, pickled jalapeños, pico de gallo and mustard served on a freshly baked Bolillo roll. The Chorizo Cheese Fries are topped with caramelized Maggi onions, Mexican chorizo, Thousand Island dressing, T&T nacho cheese and cilantro. Domestic beer selections include Budweiser, Bud Light, Coors Light and Miller Lite.
Patrons may also enjoy a 100-ounce frozen flagpole daiquiri available exclusively on Independence Day, priced at $35. The daiquiri includes layers of frozen flavors including red strawberry daiquiri, white piña colada and blue coconut banana served in a 3-foot souvenir cup.
Tacos & Tequila, a highly-stylized Mexican restaurant and bar with a fun, high-energy vibe and flavorful menu is located at Luxor Hotel and Casino.
