The SECURE Act changes the retirement and estate planning landscape significantly for individuals that are planning to leave a large inheritance to their children or other non-spouses in the form of retirement accounts, and it’s important to review the changes to minimize the tax burden on their loved ones.

Traci Vaught of Edward Jones and Pam Jones of the Law Offices of Pamela Jones, PLLC will present a short talk on the topic of retirement planning, estate planning, and the SECURE Act at the Lambda virtual luncheon on Wednesday, August 12, 2020.
