Following a successful Bastille Day Brunch Party this past weekend, Chef Brian Howard and partner John Anthony have formally announced the addition of Sunday Brunch at Sparrow + Wolf. Beginning on July 26, Sparrow + Wolf will host brunch with distinctive food and cocktails, and an upbeat daytime spirit. Brunch hours will be from 11 am-4 pm.

Dishes planned for the menu include Chilled shrimp and grilled baby artichokes, preserved lemon and miso vinaigrette; Suckling pig katsu with country gravy; Rolled omelette with dashi creme fraiche and smoked trout roe; Escargot in green curry sauce; and Chef Brian’s Duck confit cinnamon rolls.

Beverage options will include the Bloody Hanako-San with Haku vodka and a housemade bloody mix with sweet, sour and spicy notes accenting the tomato juice; and the Endless Bubbles offering, serving JP Chenet French Brut with a variety of fresh cold-pressed juice blends for delightful flavor combinations.

Rotating live and DJ background entertainment will be offered each week.

“We are excited to add Brunch to our repertoire, and play with the classics a little bit,” said Chef Howard. “We love to offer an upbeat, anything-goes atmosphere during these challenging times. Let’s let loose, just a little.”

The restaurant will continue to observe all safety and sanitation measures, including 50% reduced seating capacity. No reservations above six persons will be accepted. Private dining options are available. Reservations are absolutely recommended via website or phone: sparrowandwolflv.com  (702) 790-2147
