It’s been a difficult year given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, but there’s plenty to be thankful for this Thanksgiving, including the reopening of Las Vegas restaurants to full capacity.

The Angry Butcher at Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall will offer several delicious menu options on Thanksgiving Day from 1 p.m. to close for $39. The dinner will begin with the choice of a butternut squash soup or a fall salad with baby arugula, frisée and red romaine lettuces, cherry tomatoes, crispy pancetta, fresh figs, Parker House croutons and white balsamic vinaigrette. For the main entrée, diners can choose the Butcher Turkey Dinner, featuring freshly roasted turkey served with sage stuffing, butter-whipped potatoes, giblet gravy, citrus-baked sweet potatoes, French green beans and cranberry compote, or the Brown Sugar-Baked, Bone-In Ham Dinner served with au gratin potatoes, Brussels sprouts, baked sweet potatoes, sausage sage stuffing and cranberry compote. Finally, diners have the option to top off the holiday meal with either pumpkin or pecan pie with whipped cream.
Alder & Birch at The Orleans Hotel and Casino will serve an exquisite, four-course Thanksgiving Day special from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $48 per person. For the starter, guests can enjoy lump crab napoleon with seasoned tomato, avocado, sour cream, horseradish flavored crab, microgreens, and cilantro and lime vinaigrette. Diners can also choose from the wild mushroom bisque or festive fall salad with field greens, roasted gold beets, grape tomatoes, golden raisins, hot house cucumbers, feta cheese and croutons drizzled with red wine vinaigrette dressing. The main entrée features roast turkey served with sage dressing with dried fruits, haricot verts, Parisienne carrots, glazed yams and mashed potatoes with giblet gravy. Supplementing its full a la carte menu, Allegro will also be offering a three-course prix fixe menu for $60 per guest. Guests can choose between Herb Roasted Turkey with a turkey leg roulade, mashed potatoes, ciabatta sausage stuffing, classic turkey gravy, and cranberry sauce or Butternut Squash Risotto with roasted mushrooms, black truffle, parmesan, mascarpone, and toasted pumpkin seeds for their entrée; sides of Roasted Brussels Sprouts with pancetta and caramelized onions or Baked Macaroni and Cheese; and Pumpkin Pie with spiced cream and chocolate tuile or Pecan Pie with cinnamon whipped cream for dessert. Allegro will be serving the Thanksgiving prix fixe menu from 1 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Bailiwick All American Pub + Eatery
Bailiwick All American Pub + Eatery at The Orleans will offer a flavorful four-course special on Thanksgiving Day from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $34 per person. As a starter, diners will be served fresh bruschetta with apple crostini topped with fig jam, Pecorino Romano and microgreens. The special also includes the choice of a Bailiwick salad or butternut squash soup. The main entrée features sliced turkey breast served over apple, pine nut and dried fruit sage dressing, and is paired with fresh candied yams, seasonal vegetables and house-made cranberry sauce. To end the meal, diners can enjoy pumpkin tiramisu with fresh berries, Chantilly cream and salted caramel sauce. Carve Prime Rib at Cannery Casino Hotel will serve a tasty, three-course Thanksgiving Day dinner special from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $34.99 per person. For the first course, diners can choose butternut squash bisque or a dinner salad with winter greens, toasted walnuts, sun-dried cranberries and champagne vinaigrette. The main course is a traditional roast turkey dinner with sliced turkey breast, pan gravy, cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied yams, green beans almondine, cranberry sauce, and holiday bread and butter. The dessert course features pumpkin pie served with Chantilly whipped cream.
Copper Whisk Café, at The Orleans, is serving a scrumptious Thanksgiving Day special from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $21 per person. Guests can begin their meal with their choice of soup or a house salad. For the main entrée, guests can choose one of two options. The first option includes a traditional roast turkey dinner served with giblet gravy, sage and dried fruit dressing, fresh candied yams, fresh green bean almondine, and house-made cranberry sauce. Guests can also choose fresh Atlantic salmon stuffed with crab and shrimp mousse, laced with saffron-vanilla sauce, and served with roasted fingerling potatoes and fresh green beans. The special also includes pumpkin pie served with Chantilly cream for dessert.
Cornerstone at Gold Coast Hotel and Casino will serve savory options as part of its Thanksgiving Day specials from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $40 per person. For starters, guests can choose from a house salad, Caesar salad or creamy wild rice soup. As the main entrée, guests can choose the traditional roasted tom turkey dinner served with sage dressing, candied yams, Yukon mashed potatoes, giblet gravy and house-made cranberry sauce. Diners can also choose the whiskey ribeye steak served with caramelized onions, wild mushrooms and au gratin potatoes. Guests can end their meal with pumpkin crème brûlée. For Thanksgiving dinner with a side of entertainment, guests can head to Delilah and enjoy live music and a special three-course prix fixe menu for $89 per guest, featuring Honeynut Squash Soup with brown butter brioche, spiced crème fraiche, poached sultana raisins, and toasted pepitas; Roasted Turkey Wellington with wild mushroom stuffing, herb crepe, puff pastry, and vin jaune gravy, served with pomme puree, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, and candied yams; and a Pumpkin Tart made with spiced sponge cake, pumpkin mousse, and whipped vanilla ganache. Delilah’s complete a la carte menu will also be available for guests. Dinner is served 4:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Du-par’s Restaurant & Bakery at Suncoast will also serve a traditional turkey dinner special on Thanksgiving Day for $19.99 per person. The special features oven-roasted turkey with cranberry stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, candied yams and sautéed garden vegetables. The special also includes a slice of Du-par’s specialty or cream pies. Du-par’s regular menu will also be available, and the special is available for dine-in only.
Main Street Station’s Garden eatery will serve a variety of Thanksgiving favorites on Thursday, November 25 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $31 per person. Garden Court will offer a carving station with prime rib, fresh sage and butter roasted turkey breast, roasted ham, and Italian sausage. Diners can also enjoy a pasta station and classic holiday options like herb and garlic-roasted pork loin, pot roast, sweet potato and pecan casserole, butternut squash, and pumpkin bisque. Additional options include blue cheese cottage potatoes, roasted turkey gravy, sautéed mussels, garlic clams, butter-whipped potatoes, cranberry relish and jelly, green bean casserole, roasted Brussels sprouts, miso-glazed salmon, shrimp scampi, ravioli in garlic vodka cream, and more. Guests can also delight in a variety of desserts, including old-fashioned apple crisp, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, sweet potato pie, pumpkin cheesecake, and more. Garden Court will also be serving up cranberry martinis for $6 each.
Aliante’s FARM will also serve a three-course Thanksgiving Day dinner special from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $18.99 per person. The meal will include a house salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions. The main course features oven-roasted turkey breast served with cranberry apple stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, sugar-glazed roasted carrots and orange-spiced cranberry sauce. For dessert, guests will be served pumpkin pie.
In addition to Jardin’s complete a la carte menu, the restaurant will also be serving a three-course prix fixe menu for $65 per guest. The holiday menu includes Roasted Pumpkin Soup topped with toasted pumpkin seeds and spiced crème fraiche; Holiday-on-a-Plate featuring butter roasted turkey breast, turkey leg roulade, whipped potatoes, porcini and sage dressing, natural gravy, and cranberry sauce; and Classic Pumpkin Pie with vanilla bean whipped cream. Prix fixe dining is available from noon to 8 p.m.
Lakeside will offer a three-course prix fixe menu for $85 per guest, in addition to its complete a la carte menu. The special holiday menu is available from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. and includes Chestnut Bisque with quince & currant chutney and porcini espuma; Roasted Natural Turkey featuring a slow-roasted turkey breast, confit leg, sourdough sausage stuffing, buttermilk whipped potato puree, glazed carrots, spiced cranberry sauce, and giblet gravy; and Pumpkin Praline Cheesecake featuring a bourbon caramel ganache and candied pecans.
MRKT Sea & Land at Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa will offer a delectable Thanksgiving Day special for $60 per person from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Guests can enjoy roasted butternut squash soup to begin the meal. The main entrée features apple cider brined, organic free-range turkey served with country stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes and gravy, candied yams and baby fall vegetables. A pumpkin cheesecake trifle with candied cranberries will be served for dessert. Reservations are required and can be made at www.opentable.com.
On Thanksgiving Day, 90 NINETY Bar + Grill at Suncoast will offer a traditional, à la carte turkey dinner special, beginning at 2 p.m. The menu includes a harvest salad with mixed greens, feta, sun-dried cranberries, walnuts, red onions, apples and raspberry vinaigrette for $5.75; traditional roasted turkey served with giblet gravy, whipped garlic potatoes, candied yams, sautéed vegetables, cranberry sauce, savory stuffing and a Parker House roll for $21.75; and New York-style cheesecake with fresh seasonal berries and raspberry sauce for $7. Redwood Steakhouse at the California Hotel and Casino will serve a memorable Thanksgiving Day dining experience for $45 per person from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The Thanksgiving Day menu includes roasted parsnip soup with a sweet potato crisp and pumpkin crumble for dessert. The main entrée features lemon pepper and herb-roasted turkey, Andouille sausage and sage stuffing, bourbon yam soufflé topped with pecan streusel, sautéed green beans, roasted turkey gravy and Yukon gold mashed potatoes. Additionally, Redwood Steakhouse will be serving up pumpkin spice martinis for $11 each.
Suncoast Hotel and Casino’s fine dining destination, SC Prime Steakhouse & Bar, will serve a three-course Thanksgiving Day special from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. The meal will begin with the choice of creamy chicken cauliflower soup or the garden salad with mesclun mix, candied walnuts, sun-dried cranberries, cucumbers, heirloom tomatoes and citrus vinaigrette. For the main entrée, guests can choose one of two options. The first option is the traditional roasted turkey dinner for $44, which includes hand-carved white and dark turkey meat, Italian sausage stuffing, butter-whipped potatoes, candied yams, green beans, turkey gravy and orange cranberry sauce. Diners can also choose the surf and turf option for $60, featuring center-cut filet mignon, tempura-battered shrimp, butter-whipped potatoes, green beans, carrots and cabernet wine reduction. A pumpkin cheesecake with cinnamon crème Anglaise and fresh seasonal berries will be served for dessert. SC Prime will also serve its regular menu. Reservations are strongly encouraged. Italian favorite Sinatra will put its own spin on the traditional Thanksgiving dinner with an $89 per guest three-course prix fixe featuring Zuppa di Vino with chardonnay, chicken broth, heavy cream, egg yolks, cinnamon brioche croutons, and truffle scent; Tacchino Milanese with American heritage turkey Milano, potato, celery root, brussels sprout and walnut salad, and cranberry sauce; and Zucca, a pumpkin pie with cinnamon whipped cream and vanilla sauce. Sinatra’s signature a la carte menu will also be available for guests to enjoy. Prix fixe dining is available 5:30 to 10 p.m.
Guests can enjoy a stunning view of the Lake of Dreams while enjoying Thanksgiving specials from SW Steakhouse. Offerings include Kale Chopped Salad made with spiced candied walnuts, pomegranates, Honeycrisp apples, and apple cider vinaigrette; Creamy Parsnip Soup with black truffle and Nantucket Bay scallops; Roasted Organic Turkey featuring a slow roasted turkey breast and confit thigh, ciabatta sausage stuffing, yam puree, Tuscan kale, and herbed turkey sauce; and Pumpkin Tart topped with brown butter ice cream, candied pecans, and vanilla cream. The full a la carte menu will also be available from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Brunch-goers can enjoy Thanksgiving specials at Tableau including Butternut Squash Bisque featuring coconut, curry squash, quinoa, farro, almond, pumpkin seed, and dried currants; Holiday Turkey Benedict with two eggs, sage roasted turkey, house-made stuffing, artisan English muffin, hollandaise, and cranberry sauce; as well as Individual Thanksgiving Pies in apple, pecan, or pumpkin. Tableau is open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will be offering the full a la carte menu as well.
To celebrate Thanksgiving, Terrace Pointe Café will be offering a $43 per guest prix fixe menu featuring Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque with cinnamon parsnip chips, curry-spiced pepitas, and crème Fraiche; Organic Grain Fed Turkey featuring a slow-roasted turkey breast with fall vegetables, sausage filled roulade, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, agrodolce brussels sprout hash, and focaccia stuffing; and Homemade Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream. Terrace Pointe Café will also be offering its full a la carte menu and is open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tony Roma’s at Fremont Hotel and Casino will offer smoked turkey leg finished with Tony Roma’s original barbecue sauce, along with garlic mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and slaw for $16 per person on Thanksgiving Day from 4:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Guests can enjoy Thanksgiving specials at The Buffet at Wynn with a Gourmet Brunch available 8 to 11 a.m. featuring a variety of savory and sweet seasonal options, and a full Thanksgiving Day Feast served buffet style from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The holiday
Treasure Island Las Vegas’ Golden Circle Sportsbook and Bar will offer turkey legs for Thanksgiving on Nov. 25. Available while supplies last and $9.95 each, the 26oz turkey legs are roasted with a Cajun lemon pepper rub. In addition to turkey legs, guests may dine on an array of menu items ranging from appetizers including a giant pretzel served with cheese sauce and honey mustard, chicken wings and loaded nachos, to salads and main courses such as the Golden Circle Burger and The Linebacker Bison Burger. Triple 7 Restaurant and Microbrewery at Main Street Station Casino Brewery Hotel will serve a tantalizing Thanksgiving Day special from 5 p.m. to midnight for $14.75 per person. The special features a hot turkey sandwich with roasted turkey, apple sage stuffing, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce, and a buttermilk biscuit.
Cannery’s Victory’s Café will offer a hearty, three-course Thanksgiving Day dinner special from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $17.99 per person. Begin the holiday dinner with the choice of either cream of mushroom soup or a dinner salad with winter greens, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and the diner’s choice of dressing. For the main entrée, guests can choose from the roast turkey dinner with pan gravy or the brown sugar-baked ham dinner, both served with bread stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied yams, vegetable medley, cranberry sauce, and Parker House rolls and butter. For dessert, guests can choose from pumpkin, apple, or cherry pie served with ice cream and Chantilly whipped cream.
Zeffer’s Café Guests can devour the Turkey & Waffle special featuring a turkey scramble with cornbread stuffing waffles topped with gravy for $18 all day on Thursday, Nov. 25, and Friday, Nov. 26.
For $110 per person, the Thanksgiving Day menu will feature Ferran Adrià Olives featuring green Gordal olives stuffed with piquillo pepper and anchovy; Croquetas de Pavo with turkey-béchamel fritters; Lucia’s Salad, an endive Caesar salad with parmesan, anchovy and air croutons; Green Bean Casserole with wild mushrooms and crispy shallots; creamy Delmonico potatoes with cheddar cheese; spiced cranberries with mandarins and cinnamon; and Butifarra Cornbread Stuffing with piquillo confit. For the main course, guests can choose between the Bill Niman Ranch Heritage Turkey featuring a sous-vide breast, confit leg and traditional gravy; or the Josper-Roasted Monkfish with Mojo Verde. The feast ends on a sweet note with the Pecan Tart, Layered Pumpkin Cake and the Apple Pie Cream Puff. This delectable menu will be available on Thanksgiving Day from 4 to 9 p.m.
