The operation, co-owned by Huntridge residents Cameron White, Dani Garcia-White, and Chef Justin Ford is looking forward to bringing wood-fired sourdough pizza to the Huntridge neighborhood in Downtown Las Vegas. The pizza is made with the White family heirloom sourdough starter, which family lore traces back 125 years to its inception during the Klondike Gold Rush of the Yukon Territory.

Chef Justin Ford brings with him years of experience from working with top-rated chefs such as Nancy Silverton and Wolfgang Puck to curate a unique menu of artisan pizzas, pasta, salads, sandwiches, and more. Yukon Pizza will offer lunch and dinner options for a variety of customers, including those who are vegan, vegetarian, or prefer gluten-free, made daily with fresh ingredients. Prices for dishes will vary between $10-$25.

“We are excited to realize our dream that we’ve had for a decade, to make pizza and feed our friends and family in our own neighborhood,” says Alex White. “We look forward to being good stewards to our community in the historic Huntridge district.”
Yukon Pizza will be located inside the Huntridge Shopping Center at 1120 S. Maryland Pkwy., Las Vegas, NV, 89104. They join existing tenants such as Huntridge Tavern, Wingstop, The Garrison, Capriotti’s, and Roberto’s. The project is in development by Dapper Companies, who recently purchased the historic Huntridge Theater across the street.

Yukon Pizza currently operates out of the shared kitchen space Vegas Test Kitchen (1020 Fremont St. Las Vegas, NV, 89101) Thursday-Saturday, and will continue to operate there until the opening next year.
