Boulder City’s Rail Explorers Offers New Fireside Twilight Hours

The Rail Explorers attraction in Boulder City, Nev. is offering guests a chance to ride around on pedal-powered rail bikes as part of the new after-dark Fireside Twilight Tours.

Guests can pedal the Rail Explorers rail bikes four miles downhill from the Nevada State Railroad Museum to the Railroad Pass picnic area, where they can relax around a firepit, according to a news release. The experience finishes with a ride aboard a historic train back to the tour’s starting point.

The new experience will be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, but the company recommends that guests check their website for current times.

A tandem rail bike for two starts at $90, and a quad rail bike for four guests starts at $160, according to Rail Explorers.
