In a sweeping 29-13 win, the Seattle Seahawks emerged as the champions of the 2026 Super Bowl, defeating the New England Patriots. The Seahawks’ defensive front refused to back down, continually sacking Patriots second-year quarterback Dake Maye. Maye struggled to get touchdowns and interceptions while being sacked six times. Eventually, his fumble in the fourth quarter led to the Seahawks only offensive touchdown of the game.

With five minutes of play left, Devon Witherspoon knocked the ball out of Maye’s hand while linebacker Uchenna Nwosu scooped it up and ran 45 yards. This ultimately led to the Super Bowl celebration with the Seahawks cheering the loudest. The Seahawks claimed their second title in Super Bowl history, denying the Patriots their seventh win.
