One thing that remains true in Las Vegas is that if it’s fight night, people are going to gather for it.

It is an unspoken tradition that wherever in the world a fight is happening, there are huge watch parties all over the city to view it. If you cannot get a ticket to the fight in person but still crave that luxury VIP ringside experience, the one spot that is always at the top of our list for the best watch parties is Stadium Swim at Circa Las Vegas.

We had made it a point to stop by 8 East for dinner before heading to Stadium Swim to watch UFC 323. The brisket fried rice is our favorite pre-fight meal of choice. While waiting for our table, we saw five-time All-Star and World Series champion Luis “Gonzo” Gonzalez posing with the staff for photos, and overheard them talking about how he was on his way to watch the fight as well with CEO/Owner Derek Stevens.

We received word that, in preparation for his fight in UFC 324, UFC Heavyweight Derrick Lewis was visiting Circa. While catching up with San Diego Padres All-Star pitcher and World Series champion Joe Musgrove, they were greeted by CEO/Owner Derek Stevens.

The three of them discussed baseball, UFC, and the first-ever UFC event to be aired on the streaming platform Paramount+, following their recent broadcast partnership deal.

The Lucky Box Vending Machine has surely grown in popularity across properties in Las Vegas, and with prizes featuring Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, and Shohei Ohtani,  guests and celebrities alike have been reaping the benefits. On our way home, we saw a post on Instagram that Justin Adams, former MMA fighter and current UFC coach, had gotten a 2020 Panini Select Tyrese Maxey trading card. He also got the machine’s rare Golden Ticket, and we looked up the card, and it seems to be valued at over $2,000.
