While many might think things have slowed down in Las Vegas, locals know better. Downtown doesn’t really do slow, and lately, Fremont Street has been buzzing like it’s a holiday weekend every weekend.
Circa Las Vegas continues to be the epicenter of the action, especially inside Barry’s Downtown Prime, where star sightings have practically become part of the nightly specials.

WWE star Sydney Zmrzel, better known to fans as Maxxine Dupri, was recently spotted at Barry’s Steakhouse with her husband, Anthony Luke, and friends, celebrating their wedding a month after saying “I do.” The group was riding that high all evening, even getting a behind-the-scenes kitchen tour and snapping photos with Chef Barry himself. As if that wasn’t enough excitement for one dinner service, newly engaged Power Slapper Ellie Dempster and her fiancée, Gian Carlo Salvatore, were dining at the next table. Fans quickly picked up on the crossover moment, and the two stars were seen chatting about all things WWE and Power Slap before posing for a photo together. Remember, this was just one night.

In recent weeks, seven-time Mr. Olympia Flex Lewis and his wife, Ali, along with Brad Lea and his wife, were seen dining at Barry’s alongside reality TV favorites from Discovery Channel’s Diesel Brothers. Keaton “The Muscle” Hoskins and David “Diesel Dave” Kiley hit the red carpet with their wives before heading inside. Even with physiques like that at the table, of course, they saved room for dessert.

With Spring Training around the corner, it’s no surprise that athletes are making their way downtown to fuel up. A strong lineup of baseball talent was recently spotted at Barry’s, including former University of Tennessee standout Blake Burke, drafted in the first round by the Milwaukee Brewers in 2024, and Andrew Fischer, who went 20th overall to the Brewers in the 2025 MLB Draft. The two were joined by their former coach, Tony Vitello, who now manages the San Francisco Giants, along with Tennessee quarterback Joey Aguilar, Cleveland Guardians fourth-round 2025 draft pick Luke Hill, and 2026 draft prospect and University of Minnesota signee Chase Wilk. The group was in town for UFC weekend and wrapped up dinner with photos alongside Circa Owner and CEO Derek Stevens.

With big events stacking up on the calendar, you never quite know who you’ll see when you pull up a seat at the bar. For locals, Circa has become that go-to spot on Fremont where dinner can easily turn into a headline moment, and it is very clear that downtown isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
