Bazaar Meat lead sommelier, Chloe Helfand, will describe the wines and explain why each was selected for the pairing.

Founded in 1989 in Washington state, Andrew Will Winery pays homage to owner and founder Chris Camarda’s son, Will, and nephew, Andrew. Named one of the 50 most influential winemakers in the world by Wine & Spirits Magazine, Camarda has made his mark in the winemaking community through his blends.

Routinely scoring 90 points and above in major wine publications, the predominantly red blends feature grapes from Camarda’s vineyards, including: the Champoux Vineyard and Discovery Vineyard in Horse Heaven Hills; Two Blondes Vineyard in Yakima Valley; and Ciel du Cheval Vineyard on Red Mountain. Camarda’s success has positioned Andrew Will Winery as one of the leading wineries in Washington State, and has cast renewed attention on Washington as a producer of fine wines.
