Rami Malek, Joe Mazello and Gwilym Lee at Juniper Cocktail Lounge
Rami Malek (“Freddie Mercury”), Gwilym Lee (“Brian May”), Joe Mazzello (“John Deacon”) and Lucy Boynton (“Mary Austin”), along with the Oscar-winning film producer, Graham King, were among the special guests who attended the party.
The cast is in Las Vegas to promote the highly anticipated film — a celebration of Queen, their music and their extraordinary lead singer Freddie Mercury — opening nationwide November 2. It was a family affair for Malek, who brought his mother Nelly, twin brother Sami, and sister Jasmine.
Within the stylish Juniper cocktail lounge, known for its classic drinks prepared and presented in avant-garde fashion, guests mixed, mingled and sipped on “Bohemian Raspberry” cocktails, specially created for the occasion, and On The Record cocktails, newly added to Juniper’s cocktail menu.
The cast toasted the late great Freddie Mercury who would have celebrated his 72nd birthday yesterday. Renowned for creating unique and fun multi-layered guest experiences at their popular Los Angeles nightspots Break Room 86, Black Rabbit Rose, Bronson Bar, No Vacancy, Good Times at Davey Wayne’s, and La Descarga, among others, On The Record will reflect the Houstons’ signature modern speakeasy atmosphere.
Across the casino floor from the resort’s Park Theater, the three-room venue will feature a world-class cocktail program and an immersive and entertaining hidden club experience driven by the trend-setting twin brothers’ award-winning interior design.
