“When we launched the brunch last year, we were blown away with how popular it became and have decided to not only keep it going but to increase our food and beverage menu so our guests can taste even more of these great dishes,” said Mike Minor, executive chef of Border Grill Las Vegas.

The updated brunch menu includes distinctive, Border Grill-style fare, such as Bacon Jalapeño PBJ, Peruvian Shrimp and Grits, Mexican chocolate pancakes, Bread Pudding French Toast, Frittata Tart, Mexican Rice Pudding, Breakfast Enchilada, and Short Rib Hash and Egg. Rounding out the menu is Border Grill’s famous dulce de leche-infused Churro Tots, an episode winning dish from season three of Bravo’s “Top Chef Masters.”
