This year, Vegas Uncork’d celebrates 10 years as the premier culinary and wine event in Las Vegas with one-of-a-kind experiences over four days April 28 – May 1. Spicing up the offerings is the celebrity chef duo and co-owners of Border Grill Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger who have planned a number of exclusive events that capture the spirit of Latin flavors and feature up-close opportunities with the affable duo.

Lunchtime Learning and Libations Cooking Demo with Mary Sue and Susan at Border Grill Forum Shops
Friday, April 29 at 1pm – 3pm
   Back by popular demand! Your chance to get up close and personal and become a part of the culinary action at this fun-filled cooking class with chef duo, Mary Sue Milliken, and Susan Feniger. Taste, sip and learn as the Too Hot Tamales prepare flavorful dishes, share their tips and cooking techniques, and shake up intoxicating libations for guests at the newest Border Grill inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. Guests will meet the chefs, enjoy a multi-course lunch with specialty cocktails, a takeaway recipe booklet, and have the chance to purchase personalized cookbooks following the event.

Grand Tasting – A Taste of The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace

   Without question, the highlight of the 10th anniversary Vegas Uncork’d culinary celebration is the Grand Tasting event on Friday, April 29 held in the picturesque Garden of the Gods pool oasis at Caesars Palace. The imaginative event features signature dishes from 50+ renowned chefs, free-flowing wines, and spirits from around the world. Skill and indulgence balance to offer an unparalleled culinary tour de force.For the fifth consecutive year, restaurants representing The Forum Shops at Caesars will showcase their specialties in “A Taste of The Forum” at the Grand Tasting. Chefs Mary Sue and Susan will be serving up two items; Ancho Garlic Scallop with fennel salad and Israeli couscous and Negra Modelo Ice Cream Sandwiches featuring Mexican chocolate, chipotle, ancho chiles in a brownie sandwich.

   A one-of-a-kind dining experience from celebrity chefs, Mary Sue Milliken, and Susan Feniger, at the award-winning Border Grill at The Forum Shops, named Las Vegas’ Best Latin American Restaurant in 2015. Geared for the tequila enthusiast or novice, the Too Hot Tamales will share tequila tips from harvest to bottle, intimate stories inspired by their travels throughout Mexico, and navigate guests through a four-course modern Mexican tasting menu, paired with the finest handcrafted tequila and cocktails. As an ultra-exclusive treat, guests can indulge in tastings of Border Grill’s limited edition Barrel Select Reposado Tequila — handpicked by Mary Sue and Susan, and only available at Border Grill in Las Vegas — and unveiled for the first time at Vegas Uncork’d.
