Rice & Company at Luxor Hotel and Casino will celebrate National Fortune Cookie Day, Thursday, Sept. 13, with a special fortune cookie giveaway from Saturday, Sept. 1, to Friday, Sept. 14.
Every guest will receive a fortune cookie; and while some will include fortunes, others will include an array of offerings and exciting giveaways. Plus, all diners who receive a fortune cookie with a prize will be entered into a grand prize drawing to win a chef’s dinner for up to six guests.
Guests will open the celebratory cookies at the end of their meals, filled with prizes such as two-for-one signature cocktails; buy-one, get-one half-off specialty sushi rolls and complimentary desserts. There also will be an array of fortunes that read, “You’ll always have good fortune at Rice & Co,” which include daily mystery prizes including sets of Rice & Company chopsticks, sachets of Republic of Tea or macaroons. The drawing for the ultimate grand prize, a complimentary Chef’s dinner for six at Rice & Company, will take place on Friday, Sept. 14, and the winner will be contacted by the restaurant that day.
Rice & Company’s atmosphere combines classic and contemporary design features, offering guests a dynamic setting in which to enjoy their dining experience. The restaurant offers three semi-private dining rooms for business meetings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette parties and more, accommodating 10, 30 and 40 guests, respectively.
