Danny Chen, Executive Chef of the Far East Asian bistro Rice & Company brings his unique style and sushi expertise with the introduction of the new “Wicked Roll” of the west this Halloween at Luxor Hotel and Casino. 

Made with spicy tuna, sliced avocado and a fresh bold taste of yellowtail, this bewitching new roll will inspire a captivating craving. Served with a savory garlic ponzu sauce that spills from the decadent cuts, the “Wicked Roll” is the perfect complement to a spooky and scintillating evening this Hallows Eve while dining in Rice & Company’s contemporary setting.
