Award-winning Italian-American chef, writer, television personality, host on Food Network’s “Giada at Home,” Cooking Channel’s “Everyday Italian” and contributor on NBC’s “Today Show,” Giada De Laurentiis was spotted at the all-new Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace on Tuesday, March 12.
During her visit, she met Bacchanal Buffet’s acclaimed Executive Chef Scott Green who introduced her to the buffet’s nine open kitchens featuring signature dishes including freshly-made tortillas, made-to-order assorted soups and dim sum, barbecue house-smoked meats and wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas.
The celebrated chef, no stranger to Italian cuisine, stated her favorite dish was the rigatoni from the buffet’s popular Italian kitchen. The staff at the buffet said De Laurentiis was as sweet and beautiful in person as she is on television.
