Las Vegas’ preeminent monthly dinner series, Culinary Road Trip, is back with Chef Scott Commings at the Downtown Grand Hotel and Casino.
With 9 successful destinations in 2017 in his rear view and a flair for the dramatic always under his chef’s toque, the Hell’s Kitchen season 12 champion has his sights set on making this globe-trotting, culinary night out more immersive than ever with greater destinations, bigger experiences, and more over-the-top tastes all served with a story and a smile. The 2018 journey begins with a return (in celebration of Mardi Gras) to the Crescent City of New Orleans on Tuesday, February 13th inside Freedom Beat.
New to this intimate monthly dinner series, designed to be family-style and interactive, is an all-you-can-drink option. Ideal for guests looking to pair each course with an authentic chaser and enjoy the monthly destination and chef just a little bit more.
