On Friday, July 18, 1 OAK Nightclub at The Mirage welcomed legendary hip-hop superstar DMC of Run-DMC for Flashback Fridays (Photo credit: The Light Group).
Clad in his signature all black, white Adidas and custom “JMJ” belt to honor the late Jam Master Jay, DMC posed for photos on the red carpet outside of the nightclub 1 OAK as adoring fans screamed.

Inside he posed with fans pics before hitting the stage at 2 a.m. The hip-hop icon then grabbed the mic and kicked off his highly-anticipated show with nostalgic hits including “It’s Tricky,” “Mary Mary,” “Walk This Way” and “Rock Box.” Dedicated fans sang along and danced non-stop during his high-energy performance.
After the event, DMC headed back to New York to work on new tracks with Travis Barker.
