“The Celebrity Apprentice” alumnus who has appeared in over 120 films and made regular appearances in such television series as Gunsmoke, Law & Order and Entourage, arrived to a red carpet step and repeat at Blush, and quickly settled in to the interior of the club where he lit a cigar and began playing to the crowd eager to interact with him.

The sober actor pumped up the party by dancing, shaking his fist, and giving everyone the thumbs up, then graciously took time to pose for photographs with fans. Lovely Blush servers then presented Busey with a birthday cake themed after Piranha 3DD, the upcoming film in which Busey is cast. After admiring the creative confection, Busey playfully planted a kiss on the mouth of the frightening fish baring its sharp teeth atop the cake.
