Global hospitality company Hakkasan Group will redefine Thursday nights in the Las Vegas late-night dinner and club scene with the announcement of their latest concept, “All That & Dim Sum,” premiering at Hakkasan Restaurant and Hakkasan Nightclub at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino starting Thursday, April 25.
Every Thursday night beginning at 10 p.m., Hakkasan Restaurant will transform into a vivacious dinner party that highlights a specialty menu with small bites and creative cocktails. Following the dinner soiree, guests will make their way to Hakkasan Nightclub with expedited, complimentary entry and enjoy sets from some of the industry’s leading DJs and performers, including Tiësto, Zedd, Lil Jon and more.
At Hakkasan Restaurant, patrons will indulge in a delicious customized menu of unique dish offerings, including canapes, dim sum and desserts. A DJ will set the party scene, spinning upbeat open-format tracks and ring the “gong” while guests sip on innovative beverages in specialty vessels providing guests with a can’t-miss Las Vegas experience.
The unique menu, broken up into two sections with “All That” to begin, followed by “Dim Sum,” will be offered in a prix fixe menu for $70 per person. The “All That” menu will feature Crispy duck salad canape with pomelo, pomegranate and pine nut, Salt and pepper calamari and Stir-fry mushroom lettuce wraps with pistachio and pine nut, while the “Dim Sum” offerings will include Wasabi prawn with tobiko, Scallop shumai, Tuna in a yellow tamarind mint sauce, Asparagus prawn dumpling and Crispy morel mushroom puff with plum sauce. The menu wraps up with a chef selection of desserts. The “All That & Dim Sum” menu will continue to change throughout the seasons.
Additionally, guests that experience the culinary portion of “All That & Dim Sum” will enjoy complimentary entrance to the renowned Hakkasan Nightclub. The five-level mega-club offers premiere musical talent, show-stopping moments and an unparalleled atmosphere.
