Herringbone Brunch Club – The Exclusive and Indulgent Brunch Experience Debuting April 8th
This Spring, the AAA Five Diamond ARIA Resort & Casino’s famed ocean-to-table hotspot, Herringbone will unveil its fresh take on weekend brunch, Herringbone Brunch Club. Just in time for Easter, the new and exclusive brunch experience will launch Saturday, April 8 (Pictured: Orange Ricotta Chocolate Chip Pancakes).
As one of the city’s most distinct daytime al-fresco weekend experiences on The Strip, Herringbone Brunch Club is expected to be the most sought-after social brunching event. Outside on the restaurant’s lush and airy patio, Herringbone Brunch Club guests can enjoy brunchtime-favorites from Chef Geno Bernardo complemented by hand-crafted cocktails and fresh juices and smoothies. Accompanied by a live DJ, guests will enjoy a medley of sounds from 10am to 4pm, drawing upon an eclectic and high-energy mix of genres ranging from rock to funk and electronic, making for best and most lively brunch in town.

Debuting weekly-rotating interactive food stations, Herringbone Brunch Club will celebrate the art of indulgence. The creative assortment of stations will include a variety of fresh and delicious cuisine inspired by Herringbone’s “Fish, Meats, Field” concept. The “Salt, Brine & Poke” station will feature a fresh assortment of oysters, peel & eat shrimp, fish and shellfish. The “Carved, Cut & Shaved” station will consist of an ever-changing selection of deliciously carved meats. The “Farm Basket” station will boast a bounty of fresh-picked produce from local farms alongside assorted artisan pastries, as well as fresh juices and blended fruit and vegetable smoothies. For those 21 and over, guests will also have the option to upgrade their smoothies with a selection of premium vodkas. Taking on a more playful side of brunch, “The Kid in You” station will satisfy that sweet tooth with an assortment of cereals, candies, and delectable pastries. A la carte menu items at the “From the Kitchen” station will highlight Chef Geno’s signature brunch items like the Chilaquiles and Orange Ricotta Chocolate Chip Pancakes.
With palms billowing in the background and bubbles floating in your glass, Herringbone Brunch Club invites guests to the best brunch ever, until next weekend that is.
