M Resort, Spa and Casino Officials Unveil Taste of Food and Beverage Offerings

Property officials at the M Resort Spa Casino, the newest resort casino to be completed by March 1 on South Las Vegas Boulevard, unveiled a taste of the property’s premiere food and beverage product today. The restaurant mix brings a fresh approach to casino dining and was specifically designed to meet the needs of the surrounding Las Vegas community and discerning tourists alike.

The resort will own and operate all of its nine restaurants and five destination bars, which feature the next-generation dining experience with unique culinary concepts and innovative social dining atmospheres.

“Each of our restaurants and beverage outlets have been conceived to offer an unrivaled service standard where guests are known by name and not just by number. We also have very special menus planned, which will be prepared using some products that we’ve cultivated ourselves,” said Chairman and CEO Anthony A. Marnell, III.

The resort will raise the bar on guests’ dining expectations with signature menus and unprecedented views of the Las Vegas Strip through the floor to ceiling windows and outdoor dining terraces that enhance the resort’s restaurants. The terraces surround Villaggio Del Sole, the impressive pool and entertainment piazza, which incorporates spectacular fire and water features and creates the ideal spot to see and be seen.

“We believe food is one of the most, if not the most important reason why guests will visit the property,” said Marnell. “The restaurants that we have developed will introduce a new kind of dining experience that reflects my family’s reputation for great food and great value.”

With a passion for food and a desire to introduce new culinary experiences to the public, M Resort offers a wide variety of dining choices that are destined to become another form of entertainment. Each concept restaurant was developed carefully designed to allow for innovative social environments within each restaurant. Terrace dining will be an option at almost every restaurant and an unprecedented level of service will be customary.

“We’re taking advantage of the industry advances that have taken place over the last ten years and the enormous interest among the public in the way of food preparation and techniques to present products that have never been done before,” said Marnell.
