Rockhouse will be serving a hot dog flight ($12) — three brand new mini hot dogs which customers can mix and match to create a “flight.”
Hot dog descriptions are as follows:
- Coney Dog—beef frank smothered in chili, topped with melted cheese and chopped onions
- Texas Tommy—beef frank covered with melted cheese and crispy bacon
- Bronco Billy—beef frank with cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños and drizzled with BBQ sauce on top
The Rockhouse Las Vegas is located at The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian on the Las Vegas Strip. We are on the second level of The Grand Canal Shoppes overlooking The Strip.
