Nelly Celebrates Birthday in Boombox Room at Marquee Nightclub
Nelly kicked off his birthday celebration in the Boombox Room at Marquee Nightclub. He arrived late keeping it low key with his hoodie up, but still managed to pose for photos with fans. Later in the evening he was surprised by cupcakes and shared with his party (Photo credit: Al Powers/Powers Imagery).
Next to Nelly’s table was Red Sox outfielder Carl Crawford’s party. The two became friends fast. Carl treated Nelly to a magnum bottle of Ace of Spades Rose as a birthday gift.

Nelly stayed late and kept DJ Fred Matters busy with requests all night including hits from Jay-Z and Kanye, old NWA jams and Too Short’s Blow the Whistle. The party continues with a Saturday night stop at TAO Nightclub.
