This Saturday, September 17 at 6:30 p.m., two of the West Coast’s celebrated names in food and wine – Jean-George Vongerichten’s Prime Steakhouse and Husic Vineyards – will come together for the latest installation of Bellagio’s Epicurean Epicenter series, an exciting event at the resort’s high-tech exhibition kitchen, Tuscany Kitchen (pictured above).

Guests will indulge in an exceptional four-course menu by Prime Steakhouse Executive Chef Sean Griffin paired with sumptuous handcrafted Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon selected by Husic Vineyards Owner Frank Husic and Master Sommelier and Bellagio Director of Wine Jason Smith.

Chef Griffin’s menu will include:
- Butter-poached King Crab with celery root-apple salad and truffle brioche toast
- Liberty Farms Duck Breast with caramelized Brussels sprouts, pistachios and butternut squash mustard
- Peppercorn New York Steak with a bone marrow fritter, king oyster mushrooms and cipollini onion emulsion
- A Study in Gouda with marcona almond and raisin jam
- Assorted Petit Fours
