Grammy Award-winning R&B singer, songwriter and producer Ne-Yo will celebrate his 32nd birthday at Surrender Nightclub at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas on Saturday, October 22. This event marks Ne-Yo’s return to Surrender after performing at the upscale nightlife venue’s grand opening last year.
