The All-New Le Central Bar Now Open at Paris Las Vegas
The newest addition to Paris Las Vegas’ bar and lounge scene, the newly re-opened Le Central Bar, is a premiere cocktail destination with inventive cocktails and rich details (Pictured: Le Central Bar)

Mixologist Eddie Perales has created a unique cocktail menu that offers a variety of signature cocktails with exotic flavors like mulberry, smoke and infused bourbon. The menu features three distinct sections, signature cocktails, sangria and brunch cocktails, in addition to a variety of beers, wines and spirits offered by the glass and bottle. Perales, one of Las Vegas’ original flair bartenders, has been a fixture in the Las Vegas mixology world for over a decade. Perales is a member of a Guinness World Record holding team for cocktail speed, as well as a member of the team that won the 42BELOW Cocktail World Cup in 2007.

Signature cocktails include modern takes on classic cocktails with a French twist. The French Martini is composed of Ciroc Pineapple vodka, mulberry, orgeat, egg whites and fresh lemon sour and garnished with a dehydrated pineapple. The Cinna-Raisin Sidecar features Hennessy V.S. cognac, Osborne Pedro Ximenez 1827 sherry, cinnamon-raisin honey syrup and fresh lemon sour. If guests would rather buy a round for the table, the Vodka Lemonade Berry Porthole serves four and is composed of Ketel One Citroen vodka, Cointreau, blackberries, strawberries, mint and fresh lemonade. More traditional sangria decanters are also available. Lastly, the Smoking Manhattan, one of Le Central’s most innovative cocktails, adds real smoke to a traditional Manhattan, making the classic cocktail rich and flavorful.

If you’re looking for a pre-brunch cocktail, or if you’re having cocktails for brunch, Le Central is the place to go. Made with Perrier-Jouet, the Chilled PJ Mimosa takes the classic mimosa and turns it inside out with frozen orange “ice” cubes floating throughout the bubbles. The Bourbon Bloody Mary takes this classic hangover cure one step further. With Le Central’s signature Bourbon Infuser, Woodford Reserve Bourbon is infused with cloves, cinnamon, and citrus right in front of guests. The infused bourbon is then combined with fresh basil and Mary mix for the ultimate brunch cocktail. For those looking for a jolt before their morning, Le Central also serves Stumptown Coffee in full French Presses.

Continuing the renaissance of Caesars Entertainment’s beverage program, Le Central’s plush blue velvet décor is reminiscent of Versailles. Designed by Moser & Dez Motif Studios, vibrant chandeliers attached to a grand thirty foot fleur de lis populate the space, reflecting the gold ceiling panels and emphasizing the clean white leather details. The thirty nine seat circle bar is home to eight TVs and ten video poker machines. The lounge area, which seats ninety eight people with a variety of Chaise lounges and luxurious leather chairs, will leave guests wondering whether they are in Las Vegas or France.

Le Central is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
