Flights is an aviation-themed eatery featuring a one-of-a-kind cocktail experience and tapas-style comfort food from corporate executive chef, Kyle Kingrey. Featuring servers wearing custom, in-flight uniforms, food and beverage options are served as a trio, or a “flight,” for patrons to get a taste of the restaurant’s variety of offerings.

Signature flights showcase ingredients, such as ahi tuna, shrimp, French fries and more, and preparations including ceviche, skewers and salads served in three different styles. This unique culinary treatment allows guests to experience a multitude of flavors in a single dish. Shareable entrees, small bites, sides, and a build your own slider flight will also be available, as well as delectable desserts including a beignet flight and a cheesecake flight.

“The Flight’s concept is a chef’s dream, with so many opportunities to create distinct tastes in one dish,” shares Kingrey.
Flights also allows guests the opportunity to try their favorite cocktails three different ways, including daiquiris, frozen margaritas, martinis, mules, mojitos, cosmopolitans and old fashioneds, as well as beer, wine and spirit flights. Or partake in one of FLIGHT’s specialty craft cocktails, such as the Aviation, with gin, crème de violette and luxardo; the Maverick, featuring bourbon, peach and balsamic; the Mile High with tequila, Campari and grapefruit, or the giant Miracle On The Hudson with Flights Rum, citrus and berry la croix.

The Las Vegas restaurant marks the fifth location from the growing restaurant group, with four locations in the Bay Area. Restaurateur, Alex Hult, and his wife, Miss Nevada 2011, Sarah Hult, created this concept while on vacation in Hawaii in search of the perfect flight of cocktails. A native of Sweden, Alex came to America to play professional hockey after being drafted by the San Jose Sharks in 2003. But when he experienced a career-ending injury and then met his wife Sarah, the couple decided to pursue their passion for sumptuous food and fine wines.

“We are so excited to bring this unique concept to Las Vegas, a city that has played a pivotal role in our lives,” says Hult.

Excellent food that’s made for sharing, combined with flight attendant servers and aviation themed decor, makes Flights a one-of-a-kind dining experience that is both delicious and entertaining. Flights will be open daily from 9 a.m. to midnight. For more information, please visit flightsrestaurants.com.
