Caesars Entertainment confirmed that Lisa Vanderpump will spearhead a full renovation of The Cromwell, located at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road, into the Vanderpump Hotel. The property will feature 188 guest rooms, including 19 suites, which Vanderpump describes as “attainable luxury.”

The story dropped during an interview at the Las Vegas Grand Prix with Caesars Entertainment CCO Sean McBurney, who mentioned the project. He shared that the “Vanderpump Rules” star was hands-on regarding every stage of putting the structure together. “Her level of involvement is…I’ve never, in the 20 years I’ve been in this business. I’ve never seen anything like it.’

Vanderpump is working closely with her longtime design partner Nick Alain, via their design company Vanderpump Alain. The plan is to reimagine the hotel’s reception, central bar, and gaming spaces. She previously told People that the project is “another passion project,” combining elegance with a personalized, boutique feel.

At the time, the Bravo star described the hotel plan as a “very different challenge,” due to the presence of an existing building. Vanderpump added that there would be no demolition, as her team planned to work within the “parameters of the hotel walls.”

The Lisa Vanderpump Vegas hotel will retain the existing building’s structure while getting a dramatic refresh. Unlike tearing down and rebuilding, Vanderpump and her team will refurbish each room, refurbish public areas, and inject bespoke furnishings and lighting. All will be custom-designed for the new property.

Public areas will include a fresh check-in lobby, a new signature lounge, and a gaming area. These areas will carry Vanderpump’s trademark mix of glam and whimsy. Each room and suite will include custom Vanderpump Alain pieces, reinforcing the hotel’s identity as elegant but accessible.

Vanderpump has emphasized that this isn’t about turning The Cromwell into a flashy resort. Rather, she wants to preserve its boutique charm while giving it a luxurious, theatrical makeover.

This new hotel marks a major step in Lisa Vanderpump’s Las Vegas expansion. She has already teamed with Caesars on several hospitality ventures. These include Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas, and Pinky’s by Vanderpump at the Flamingo.

According to Caesars, Vanderpump’s hands-on approach has been “unrivaled.” Her strong design voice, paired with Caesar’s support, made this rebrand a natural evolution of their long-standing partnership.

While the transformation is underway, The Cromwell will remain operational during renovations. The new Vanderpump Hotel is slated to open in spring 2026, ushering in a bold, personality-driven addition to the Las Vegas Strip.
