Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas to Celebrate Valentine’s Day With Special Menu of Bavarian Delights
Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is wishing patrons a “Hoppy” Valentine’s Day this year with a special menu of romantic Bavarian fare. Whether celebrating under the glowing lights and dreamy European ambience of the restaurant’s intimate biergarten or in its livelier and more boisterous beer hall, guests can enjoy a delectable menu for a one-of-a-kind lovers’ experience on Friday, Feb. 14.
Valentine’s Day specials will include tomato cream soup garnished with croutons and chives, Graved Lachs (cured salmon on sour cream-infused potato pancakes, served with honey-mustard dill sauce) and Hofbräuhaus Surf and Turf (seared beef tenderloin medallions and shrimp on green peppercorn sauce, served with au gratin potatoes and steamed broccoli).
Top the meal off with Nutella crepes served with strawberry salad and vanilla ice cream while sipping on the cocktail of the day, the Cupid’s Kiss Martini, a silky sweet libation that includes Tequila Rose, Baileys Irish Cream and grenadine, expertly layered in a martini glass, topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with pink sugar.
