This season, the national, popular PBS “Start Up” TV show features three Downtown Las Vegas small businesses (Kappa Toys, Cake Azure and The Hydrant Club).
Highlighted this week (Thursday, Feb. 15) in episode 9, is Cathy Brooks and The Hydrant Club. Airing nationally, host Gary Bredow travels the country interviewing small businesses to hear their personal stories and find out what it takes to start a successful business from the ground up. Interesting that they chose Las Vegas and these three businesses in particular.
