Via Brasil Steakhouse in Summerlin Hosts South American Wine Pairing Dinner

Via Brasil Steakhouse in Summerlin is hosting a wine pairing dinner with a focus on the great wines of South America, which are starting to receive International acclaim as being complex, delicious and affordable. The event begins at 6:30pm with cocktails and appetizers with the seating for the dinner at 7pm.

The evening will feature the cocktail reception with one complimentary Caipirinha (the official drink of Brazil) and passed appetizers plus Via Brasil’s signature “Rodizio” dinner, paired with some great South American wines, for a special price of $66.95 (excludes tax or gratuity).

The gourmet, all you-can-eat experience includes 18 varieties of rotisserie-grilled meats including top sirloin, pork ribs, chicken, turkey, flank steak, strip steak, lamb and suckling pig all carved tableside; as well as the unlimited gourmet salad bar including hot and cold side dishes, an assortment of breads and cheeses, fresh salads and sushi. Each guest will also receive one dessert.

The evening’s wine selection will include the following South American selections

  • Brut Rose Sparkling, Santa Julia, Argentina (NV)
  • Torrontes, Tamari, Argentina (2007)
  • Malbec, Zuccardi Q, Argentina (2006)
  • Sauvignon Blanc, Concha y Toro (late harvest dessert wine), Chile (2005)
