Carbone Italian Restaurant is one of the hardest restaurants to book a reservation at in Las Vegas. But, if you can’t get in, consider Parm Italian Vegas.
Parm Italian is a wildly popular casual restaurant by Major Food Group, the force behind Carbone — one of the best Italian restaurants in Las Vegas.
Although there are several locations throughout the U.S., Major Food Group is planning on opening a new location right next door to Carbone, according to Eater Las Vegas.
Parm Italian is a much more casual project that serves up Italian comfort classics like those that chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi grew up with. So even with the chefs’ Michelin Star pedigree, you should expect a much more laid-back — but delicious — affair here.

Killer options at the restaurant include the classic Chicken Parm sandwich, which features breaded chicken slathered in melted cheese and served up on seeded Italian bread. Suffice to say, it’s a fan favorite for a reason.
The menu also includes delicious options like Rotini Pasta in Vodka Sauce, homemade Italian meatballs, and an Italian submarine sandwich with five different cold cuts, spicy sauce, and Italian dressing.
Although Parm Italian will be new to Vegas, there are actually several locations of the casual Italian restaurant through the U.S. The original Parm Italian opened up in New York City back in 2011.
The new restaurant will occupy the space formerly held by Shalom Y’all, which closed on April 14. Parm Italian in Las Vegas will officially open to the public on Monday, May 13.
