If you’re looking for one of the essential brunch picks in Las Vegas, then look no further than Honey Salt.
The Summerlin restaurant, a project of Kim Canteenwalla and Elizabeth Blau, generally serves up some of the best brunch in Las Vegas. With a diverse menu featuring a mix of breakfast options, sandwiches, and pizza, you’re sure to find something that you want.
Better yet, Honey Salt is holding some specials for Mother’s Day in 2024, including some delicious options and a contender for the best bottomless mimosas in Las Vegas.
Along with mimosas, the restaurant is also holding specials on small batch Madre Prosecco glasses and $16 Aperol Spritzes all day. You can also get bottomless “hair of the dog,” or bloody mary’s.
Honey Salt is also offering a delicious Avocado Crab Salad for brunch, which will include dungeness crab, smashed avocado, green apple, celery, line, and toasted pita bread.
Of course, you’ll also find classics like Corned Beef Hash, Steak & Eggs, Frittatas, and French Toast. Look for more unique offerings like Poutine Dutch Pancakes, Fried Chicken Benedicts, and a “BELT — or bacon, eggs, lettuce, tomato — breakfast sandwich.
Brunch at Honey Salt is served Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. If you can’t make it in time for brunch, the restaurant also has a stacked lunch and dinner menu with everything from lobster rolls to shrimp scampi linguine.
