Earlier this chef, owner and chef Antonio Nunez closed The Kitchen Table, which garnered a reputation as a spot for the best brunch in Las Vegas for locals. Now, Nunez is replacing the brunch spot with a new elevated restaurant.

The Parlour is technically a coffee, bar, and brunch restaurant, and it already has a handful of locations in the Las Vegas Valley. For example, there’s an outpost in downtown Las Vegas, as well as another outpost close to Harry Reid International.

According to Eater Vegas, The Parlour Henderson will be open most days from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. It’ll serve up an elevated selection of brunch options, including breakfast sandwiches, crepes, avocado toasts, chicken and mac waffles, biscuits & gravy, and more.

Additionally, the breakfast spot also has an extensive menu of coffee, including espresso drinks, craft signature roasts, and a variety of tea blends. For those 21 years of age and older, The Parlour Henderson will also feature adult coffees made with bourbon, rye, and other liquor, as well as mimosas, beer, and wine.

There will be a grab-and-go area for those in a rush, as well as canopied outdoor seating, private cabanas, indoor counter and regular seating.
