Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will celebrate the start of the new school year with complimentary kid’s meals, available on Monday, August 13. Guests who purchase two entrées may receive one complimentary kid’s menu item which includes Pancho’s newest addition, pigs in a blanket—a classic favorite prepared with two hot dogs, each wrapped in a deep-fried corn tortilla. In addition to the meal, each kid’s menu item is served with a free scoop of vanilla ice cream. Entrée selections include chile poblano del mar, a green chile poblano stuffed with crab meat and shrimp, sautéed with garlic, onions and tomatoes, and topped with green tomatillo sauce and melted cheese, served with Mexican-style rice and black beans; beer-battered fish tacos, two corn tortillas filled with crispy Mahi-Mahi, shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and chipotle sour cream, served with Mexican-style rice and beans; and camarones en crema de ajo, jumbo shrimp sautéed in garlic butter with onions and cherry tomatoes, served with green rice and grilled julienned vegetables.
