Opportunity Village and Clark County School District Celebrate 15th Year of their Job Discovery Program
Opportunity Village, in partnership with Clark County School District (CCSD), held their 15th annual event celebrating the Job Discovery Program on Friday, July 28 (Pictured: Job Discovery Program honorees celebrate at 15th annual event).
The event acknowledged CCSD students that successfully completed the job training and discovery program, acquiring invaluable vocational training in preparation for future successful employment.
President and CEO of Opportunity Village, Bob Brown, and Nevada Secretary of State, Barbara Cevagske, were on hand to pass out the Job Discovery Program Celebration certificates.
Michael A, a past Job Discovery Program participant, spoke to the students and audience. Job Discovery Program honorees celebrate at the 15th annual event, which took place at the Opportunity Village Event Center (6300 West Oakey Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89146). The Job Discovery Program is a partnership between Opportunity Village and CCSD.
Nevada Secretary of State, Barbara Cevagske, and Opportunity President and CEO, Bob Brown, awarded Shandel her Job Discovery Program congratulatory certificate.
