Bazaar Meat Announces Mother’s Day Brunch Specials

SAHARA Las Vegas invites guests to celebrate Mother’s Day with an indulgent brunch at Bazaar Meat, Chef José Andrés’ award-winning restaurant where meat reigns supreme, Sunday, 9 May from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Available for $70 per-person, the multi-course brunch menu from Executive Chef Candace Ochoa begins with a fruit and granola parfait, croissants and lemon loaf slices for the table.

The first wave begins with a bagel and lox cone featuring marinated salmon roe and dill cream cheese; and Croquetas de Jamón, jamón-béchamel fritters.

During the second wave, families will devour extra virgin olive oil pancakes; corned beef hash with egg, peppers and scallions; Josper smoked pulled pork, pan tomate and alioli; patatas bravas, served with spicy tomato sauce and alioli; and Setas al Ajillo with button mushrooms, garlic and onion purée.

For dessert, guests will be treated to vanilla conchas with Abuelita chocolate espuma. A children’s menu is available for $25 for children ages 12 and younger.

Brunch specialty cocktails will be available for $13, as well as a bottomless beverage option available for $29 per person, which includes sangrias and mimosas. A la carte items, including lamb rack, steak, caviar flights, jamón plates and desserts, will also be offered for an additional price.

Bazaar Meat by José Andrés will serve brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 9.

Since opening at SAHARA Las Vegas, the restaurant has received numerous awards and accolades, including “Best Restaurant in Nevada” by Business Insider. Bazaar Meat by José Andrés is currently open Thursday through Sunday, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

SAHARA Las Vegas has followed a comprehensive outline of health and safety protocols under the resort’s SAHARA Cares program since reopening the property in June.

Under this program, the resort collaborated with health experts to establish several practices to minimize risk for guests and team members including developing a number of contactless solutions to assist with social distancing measures.

In addition to protocols established under the SAHARA Cares program, Bazaar Meat by José Andrés follows the health and safety protocols established in the ThinkFoodGroup playbook.
