Burnt Offerings Now Open for Dine-In Service
Burnt Offerings, located at 3909 W. Sahara Ave. Between S. Valley View Boulevard and Arville, is now open for delivery, takeout and dine-in from Sunday – Friday.
Burnt Offerings serves a menu of “new Yiddish cuisine” that Executive Chef and Partner Jennifer “Chef Jenn” Eckmann describes as “old country meets Las Vegas.” Signature dishes include the Tomahawk Groys Bifsteyk, USDA Black Angus Choice OU Certified steak seasoned with Chef Jenn’s original Burnt Ash Seasoning; Bar Mitzvah Dogs, “pigs” in a blanket made with beef bacon wrapped in a light, flaky pastry and served with Truffle Honey Ballabustard; and the two-time award-winning smoked barbecue brisket ends.
Burnt Offerings is open 11:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and Friday noon to 3 p.m. for delivery and takeout, as well as Noon – 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday for dine-in. The restaurant is closed on Saturday.
Burnt Offerings is a distinctively inspired, women-owned restaurant by Eckmann along with restaurateur Alexandra Emtsova. The restaurant, which is OU kosher certified, serves vegan and gluten free selections.
