Cabo Wabo Cantina Reopens Today, June 9

Cabo Wabo Cantina at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino’s Miracle Mile Shops reopened for lunch, dinner and happy hour starting at noon today, June 9.

Located directly on the Las Vegas Strip, Cabo Wabo is known for its spacious outdoor patio, Mexican cuisine and ice-cold margaritas. Cabo Wabo will be open daily from noon until 10 p.m. From 3 to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday, Cabo Wabo will offer happy hour specials including half-off regular margaritas, red or white sangria, draft beers and select appetizers.

A limited time menu will serve dishes including the nacho platter, piled high with queso cheese sauce, pico de gallo, guacamole, cotija cheese, sour cream and beans; cilantro jalapeño chicken, a grilled chicken breast with jalapeño, pistachio cilantro pesto, onion and pepper jack cheese, served over a blend of Mexican squash, roasted corn, tomatoes and poblano peppers; sizzling fajitas, with a choice of grilled sirloin, chipotle rubbed chicken or grilled portobello mushrooms, served with fresh tortillas, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole; burritos, loaded with beans, cheese and pico de gallo with a choice of chicken al carbon, carne asada or vegetarian; and carne asada enchiladas prepared with grilled beef, fire roasted tomato sauce and cheese.

With more than 2.7 million margaritas served since its opening in 2010, Cabo Wabo is famous for its signature drinks, including the CW Margarita, made with Cabo Wabo tequila and Grand Marnier; the Cocorita, made with Cabo Wabo blanco tequila, lime juice and crème of coconut, served with a toasted coconut rim; and the Can’t Drive 55, Cabo Wabo blanco tequila mixed with Sammy’s Beach Bar rum, vodka and gin with lime juice, orange, pineapple and cranberry juices, topped with Amaretto Disaronno.

Through guidelines set by Governor Steve Sisolak and the State of Nevada, as well as recommendations from local and national health organizations, Cabo Wabo will limit seating to 50 percent capacity and space tables and bar seating for social distancing. Cabo Wabo’s team has been trained to comply with all health and safety standards, which include sanitization protocols, masks and frequent hand washing.
