From Friday, February 14 to Saturday, February 15, Siena Italian Trattoria will be offering a special menu crafted by Owner and Executive Chef Giancarlo Bomparola to bring the freshest and most delicious dishes to his guests. Available in the main dining room and bar lounge, guests can dine on Italian classics while enjoying live entertainment and sounds by Sherri Klein on Friday evening and XO Band on Saturday night.
Indulge in dishes like the Filetto Al Vino Rosso, a freshly marinated and grilled tenderloin topped with a red wine reduction and served with asparagus and potatoes or celebrate with a Valentine’s day spin on a classic favorite, heart-shaped pizza topped with speck (smoked cured ham), stracciatella cheese and tomato sauce. Pasta lovers can enjoy the Tagliolini Ai Frutti Di Mare, tossed with shrimp, lobster meat, scallops, tomatoes, scallions and seafood cream sauce or the Surf and Turf, a buttery lobster tail, grilled to perfection steak and asparagus. Valentine’s Day cocktails include the Milano Spritz, made with Smirnoff vodka, aperol, grapefruit, prosecco, simple syrup and garnished with a fresh orange slice. To complete the dining experience, guests can enjoy classic Italian dessert favorites made in house, such as the tiramisu or cannoli.
