Ferraro’s Summer Regional Menu Series Returns: The Piedmont, June 1 – June 11

This summer, Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar will again offer a way to experience the flavors of Italy without leaving Las Vegas with its Summer Regional Menu Series. This changing rotation of prix fixe menus inspired by Italy’s most renowned culinary regions includes four courses for a superb summertime value of $49 per person. To complement the regional menus, Ferraro’s also currently offers 50 percent off select bottles of wine for locals with Nevada ID.

The first Summer Regional Menu spotlights Piemonte—known as The Piedmont in English—and launches June 1 continuing through June 11. The menu will be offered Monday through Thursday.

Ferraro’s full Piemonte-inspired menu follows:

Vitello Tonnato
Slowly roasted veal, light caper-tuna sauce, peppery croutons

Sformatino di Spinaci
Soft spinach flan, truffle-fontina cheese fondue

Agnolotti di Bue
Beef ravioli, mushrooms, parmigiano cheese

Main Course (choose one)
Rollatine al Taleggio
Rolled veal with pancetta & taleggio cheese, buttery asparagus

Salmone
Seared salmon, sweet and sour vegetable, salsa verde
