Freed’s Bakery Expands Offerings to Include Fresh Bread,

Family Activity Kits and Discounted Delivery

In response to current health and safety measures taken in Las Vegas, Freed’s Bakery—popular family-owned establishment of 60 years, has introduced fresh breads, two-layered cakes, decorating activity kits and discounted delivery to its menu.

With three locations in the Las Vegas Valley, Freed’s Bakery and both Freed’s Dessert Shops will remain open and offer both curbside pickup and local delivery, which is now discounted 50 percent. The local bakery which was featured on Food Network’s hit show “Vegas Cakes,” has altered operations to focus on the needs of the community with the production of freshly baked bread. Bread offerings include White, Seeded Rye and Challah and are available for curbside pickup and delivery.

“Our effort at this time is to provide food and comfort to our community while also providing a source of income for our Freed’s Bakery team,” said Freed’s Bakery owner Max Jacobson-Fried. “We will continue to service the community as long as we’re able to provide a safe working environment, safe product, and remain morally responsible following the guidelines and recommendations of our governing bodies.”

A spin on its popular three-layer 7-inch round dessert cake, Freed’s has introduced a two-layer 7-inch round cake, created with smaller groups and minimal waste in mind. For those looking for at-home activities, Freed’s Bakery has created cookie and cupcake decorating activity kits, complete with the choice of pastry, piped frosting, sprinkles and fondant design garnishes.  Freed’s activity kits include a variety of themes and are available for both delivery and curbside pickup.

Freed’s baked goods are available at Freed’s Bakery located at 9815 S Eastern Ave., and both Freed’s Dessert Shops, located at 6475 N Decatur Blvd. and 10870 W. Charleston Ave., suite #110. More information may be found at freedsbakery.com or by calling the bakery at 702.456.7762.
