New Restaurant at ARIA Features Burger with Gold Dust
Posh Burger, a new fast casual restaurant concept created by MGM Resorts International, will open at ARIA on June 11.
The venue will feature a variety of juicy burgers, along with breakfast and chicken sandwiches, plus a hearty assortment of sides, soft drinks, and shakes. Posh Burger will be located in the former Burger Lounge space, which closed May 31.
Highlights of the Posh Burger menu include the Ultra-Posh Burger with Wagyu beef, foie gras, truffle and gold dust; Super Deluxe Wagyu Steak Burger, a ½ lb. Wagyu beef burger with house-made steak sauce, white cheddar cheese, onions and pickles.
Truffle Mushroom Burger, a double cheeseburger with sautéed mushrooms and onions, garlic truffle sauce and truffled gouda cheese; Impossible Burger, a grilled vegetarian patty, Posh Sauce, lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles.
Spicy Buffalo Fried Chicken Sandwich, a buttermilk fried chicken breast with hot buffalo sauce, lettuce, pickles and ranch dressing; and the Breakfast Burger, a beef patty, organic fried egg, American cheese, tomato and mayonnaise.
To complement main menu items or to order separately, guests may select from French fries, onion rings, jalapeño tater tots, loaded cheese fries or a garden salad. Refreshing beverages include sodas, lemonades and Chocolate Banana or Salted Caramel milkshakes.
Hours of operation are:
- Sunday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
- Friday – Saturday, 9 a.m. – 3 a.m.

From June 1- June 8, guests are encouraged to submit creative names for Posh Burger’s Hamburger, a single patty with ketchup, mustard, onions and pickles.
