New Specials from Carmine’s and Virgil’s
Carmine’s Italian Restaurant at The Forum Shops and Virgil’s Real Barbecue at The LINQ Promenade introduce new offerings for dine-in, pickup and delivery.
Carmine’s has added brunch items to their menu, available from 11 am – 3 pm Saturdays and Sundays.
Items include a Caprese Frittata with Diced Tomato, Mozzarella, Ten Eggs ($25.95); Roasted Vegetable Frittata, Spinach, Mushrooms, Peppers & Onions, Broccoli, Arugula, Mozzarella, Ten Eggs ($27.95); Sausage & Peppers Frittata, Sausage, Roasted Peppers & Onions, Mozzarella, Ten Eggs ($29.95); Vanilla & Orange Zest Scented French Toast ($23.95); Home Fries with Roasted Peppers & Onions ($14.95); and Apple Wood Smoked Bacon, one pound ($16.95)
Brunch cocktails include Limone Spritz, Pallini Limoncello, Canton Ginger, Lemon Juice & Prosecco ($15.00); Strawberry Spumante, St. German Elderflower Liqueur, Fresh Muddled Strawberries, Lemon & Prosecco ($15.00); and Carmine’s Aperol Fizz, Aperol, Blood Orange, Lemon, Prosecco & Soda ($15.00).
In addition, both restaurants will be offering 4th of July specials packages available for dine-in, pickup or delivery.

Carmine’s – Monday and Thursday 5 pm to 10 pm, Friday – Sunday 11 am – 10 pm, closed Tuesday and Wednesday
Virgil’s – Monday-Thursday 11 am – 10 pm, Friday 11 am – midnight; Saturday 8 am – midnight, Sunday 8 am -10 pm. Virgil’s features two outdoor seating areas that are in high demand, a lower patio along the LINQ Promenade as well as a 2nd floor terrace overlooking the action.
