Searsucker Restaurant Now Accepting Reservations and Set to Re-Open Thursday, July 2
6oz Filet Mignon

Global hospitality company Hakkasan Group, is resuming operations and now accepting reservations at its Las Vegas Strip social dining restaurant concept, Searsucker located inside Caesars Palace. Set to re-open on Thursday, July 2 ahead of the fourth of July holiday weekend, Searsucker’s culinary attitude takes a curious twist on classic Americana dishes.

Start off the Searsucker menu with Nonna’s Turkey Meatballs made with marinara, ricotta, and torn basil. Other recently added menu items include Founder’s Stout Braised Short Ribs with crushed fingerling potato and crispy onions in pan jus, a 6oz Filet Mignon topped with an herb butter including zucchini noodles and greens, and Searsucker’s classic Mary’s Free Range Chicken with spring pea risotto, roasted mushrooms, in a natural jus.

In line with government and health authority guidance for health and sanitation, the restaurant has moved to a paperless menu system via a scannable QR code from your phone, tables spaciously separated practicing social distancing and a rigorous cleaning plan will also be implemented.

Searsucker Las Vegas is initially open for dinner Thursdays from 4:30pm to 9pm, Fridays from 4:30pm to 10pm, and Saturdays from 4:30pm to 10pm. Further days of operation and expanded dinner service will resume at a later date. Reservations are advised due to the limited capacity and can be made by visiting https://searsucker.com or calling 702-866-1800 or email info@searsucker.com.
