Siena Italian Authentic Trattoria Stirs Up the Aston Martini
Siena Italian Authentic Trattoria & Deli invites martini lovers to celebrate National Martini Day on Friday, June 19, with their signature cocktail, the Aston Martini. Super spy and sophisticate James Bond drives an Aston Martin, likes his martinis stirred, not shaken, and Siena has captured that essence in their signature martini.
Made with Chopin vodka, dry vermouth, a scoop of refreshing house made lemon sorbet, sparkling wine, and topped with a dry orange wheel, guests can pair their refreshing Aston Martini with Italian classics.
The Lobster Ravioli, made with fresh lobster meat or Caprese Salad, made with fresh mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, and extra virgin olive oil, will delight the palate. This classic American cocktail, served straight or on the rocks, enhances the flavors of the authentic Italian cuisine made fresh daily by Milan-raised Executive Chef and Owner Giancarlo Bomparola.
Raise a glass and toast to the martini while enjoying music by B-Train from 8 to 11 p.m. Happy hour is also available daily from 3 to 7 p.m. in the bar and lounge area. Dining room seating on Friday, June 17, will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Limited seating capacity will be enforced, and reservations are required.
Dining room seating hours are 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday with Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The deli, bakery, and market will remain open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday through Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. Take-out, curbside pickup, and delivery options are still available.
