SkinnyFATS Celebrates 7-Year Anniversary By Reopening For Dine In With New Interior Floors & Murals
SkinnyFATS, known for its ‘happy’ & ‘healthy’ split-menu with an eclectic array of innovatively-named, mouth-watering new American fare, alongside Beer Zombies tap room located inside featuring an extensive assortment of both locally brewed and domestic craft brews, will officially reopen for dine-in service today at 11 a.m.
On Wednesday, June 10, the flagship SkinnyFATS Dean Martin location celebrates 7 years by reopening dine-in service for the first time post-COVID to continue to deliver mouth loads of excitement to its fans, with fresh floors and paint including new, colorful atmosphere-centric works by local artists.
The ever-evolving restaurant welcomes back its customers with the same flavor-forward casual gourmet menu, craft beers on tap and the freshest cold-pressed juices. Updated hours are Mon-Sun 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
SkinnyFATS currently has five locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley, with its flagship location at 6261 Dean Martin Drive debuted in June 2013. Each SkinnyFATS location provides ‘Healthy’ and ‘Happy’ menu options in addition to a specialty ‘Benny of the Month’ and weekly ‘Sunday Sundaes’—shared directly to its social media fan base.
